  • Regenyx provides non-clinical support services, including intake coordination, education, care navigation, lab and pharmacy coordination, and ongoing program support to help your experience feel organized and supported.

  • Yes. Regenyx offers nutrition and lifestyle coaching, along with fitness guidance and meal planning support, as part of its non-clinical services. These offerings are educational and supportive in nature and are designed to complement — not replace — medical care provided by independent healthcare providers.

  • Not always. Labs are recommended only when ordered by your provider based on your health history and goals. If labs are needed, Regenyx helps coordinate logistics and next steps.

  • No. Medications are optional and prescribed only when clinically appropriate by an independent provider. Many patients benefit from education, lifestyle guidance, nutrition support, and ongoing coaching without medications.

  • If a provider prescribes medication, prescriptions are filled and dispensed by independent pharmacies. Regenyx may assist with administrative invoicing and coordination of prescription fulfillment but does not sell, dispense, or markup medications.

  • Charges are presented clearly and separately:

    • Medical services are provided by independent healthcare providers

    • Medications are dispensed by independent pharmacies

    • Regenyx bills separately for non-clinical care coordination, education, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and program support

    Regenyx does not retain any portion of medical or prescription charges.

  • At this time, Regenyx is a self-pay program. Regenyx services are not billed to insurance.

    Medical visits, labs, or medications provided by independent providers or pharmacies may have separate billing policies. Coverage, if any, depends on your individual insurance plan. We recommend checking with your insurance carrier directly for details.
